Warranty

Health Optimizing CellRegulation is manufactured with the utmost care. The warranty period is 3 years (36 months) from the date of purchase.

 

The warranty covers free replacement by a state-of-the-art device or repair of all parts necessary to eliminate manufacturing and/or material defects. For wear parts (i.e. external power supply), this shelf-life guarantee applies for six months from the date of purchase. Any granted replacements and/or repairs will not prolong the initial warranty period.

 

The following are not covered by the warranty: Abnormal wear and tear, consequences of improper handling, opening the control unit, use of unauthorised power adapters, use or damage by the buyer or third parties, as well as damage caused by external circumstances such as lightning.

 

In the event of a warranty claim, please deliver the complete system, the repair order and a copy of the original purchase invoice to where you purchased the product, or send it directly to our tech support if agreed to. If there is no valid warranty claim, Health Optimizing reserves the right to charge the customer for any replacement or repair conducted. Information will be provided before costs are added.
